Ubook Business Pages Terms

Introduction

If you are a business owner and want to use our business page/account for the service you provide, then you must follow “Ubook Business Pages Terms” as well as our main “Terms of Service”.

1. General

   1. Only authorized representatives or the owner of a salon can create a business account.
   2. The authorized owner of a business will be able to add employees or create more branches.
   3. Your employees will have restricted access to manage your business. Each employee will have access to different features depending on their account type.
   4. Content that you or your employees provide represents your business and is publicly available to everyone.
   5. You cannot establish terms for your business page/account that conflict with our main “Terms”.

2. Name

   1. The business name you register must be the same as the business name you use elsewhere.
   2. Your business name cannot include character symbols (excessive punctuation) and trademark designations.

3. Collection of Data

   1. If you are collecting user’s information, you have to make it clear that you (and not Ubook) are collecting it. You have to notify users and obtain user consent for your use of the content and information you collect.

4. Cover, Profile Picture & Information

   1. Your salon’s and employee’s cover photo, profile picture and information should be up to date. These contents are publicly available and can be viewed by everyone. The cover and profile picture cannot be misleading, pornographic, and deceptive or infringe on anyone else’s copyright.
